One should start massage from the neck upwards and end at the forehead. Massage increases blood circulation, which is very necessary for anti aging. · The use of some certain essential oils can show good results in preventing wrinkles. Just take few drops of oils such as sandalwood, geranium, rosewood, rose jasmine, and frankincense and mix these oils with primrose oil or some other oils, which you feel you, can use as a base oil to make a natural anti wrinkle lotion. Apply it on the required areas and massage smoothly to reduce aging. · Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Fruits and vegetables helpful in preventing aging are strawberries, tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, cabbage, red peppers, spinach, oranges, grapes, apricot, kale and turnips. · Turmeric powder when combined with sugar cane juice gives you a paste that is quite effective in controlling wrinkles and prevents the skin from aging. · Vitamin E is also well known home remedy for anti aging. If you do this daily the spots will fade. · You can use milk to improve your skin texture because of lactic acid, which is very helpful in generating new skin cells. Milk can remove dead skin cells and gives skin a new glow. Simply apply a little milk on your face after washing your face. · The oily nature of Avocado helps to give you a fresh and young look. Apply the pulp or slices of avocado on your face and you skin will start looking rejuvenated. It is an effective useful home remedy for anti aging. · To reduce wrinkles in an effective manner cut a Green Thompson seedless grape in half and gently crush it on your face at wrinkles. Leave it on for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water and let it dry in natural air. · To remove marks and pigments rub raw potato on areas having marks or pigments. · Acne and blackheads are another common problems of aging and they really spoil facial appearance. For this a simple home made remedy is apply a mixture that is made up of equal quantities of glycerin, rose water and lime juice on the skin before going to sleep. It will make the skin soft and glowing also. · To prevent the signs of aging use essential oils. Take a pineapple and cut off the core of it and rub this core on your face. Leave your face to dry for 10-15 minutes. It will remove the first signs of wrinkles in an effective manner. · Another common anti-aging remedy is grate raw coconut and squeeze milk out of it. Apply this milk on your face and this will give your skin a glowing effect. · Lemons are also known for their anti aging treatment. Applying a few drops of lemon juice on your face can help remove blemishes and age spots.

How to battle loneliness after a breakup !!

1. Don’t indulge in self-pity – that’s most important. Make a conscious effort to appear confident and keep smiling. Get down to watching your favourite programmes on TV. Spend some time re-connecting with yourself and regaining parts of yourself that you may have lost or been neglecting lately. 


2. Visit friends and family – they can be a great comfort after a breakup. Catch up with them and allow them to take care of you and keep you company when you’re feeling down. 


3. Take a break and get out of town for a few days- A new environment will allow you to meet new people whom you might make friends with. 


4. Pick up a new hobby- Now could be a good time to do something you’ve always thought of doing. Take dance lessons. Start a blog... Before you know it, you’ll forget all about that old what’s his (or her) name.

महिलाओं को लाल रंग में ज्यादा आकर्षक लगते है पुरुष

लाल रंग है प्रेम का। लाल रंग है रूमानियत का। और अगर आप चाहते हैं कि अपने साथी के दिल में समा जाएं तो हुजूर यह लाल रंग आपकी नैया पार लगा सकता है। आप महिलाओं को आकर्षित करना चाहते हैं। आप उनके दिल में उतरना चाहते हैं। आप चाहते हैं वे आपको तवज्‍जो दें। तो लाल के रंग में रंग जाइए। और लाल रंग के कपड़े पहनना शुरू कर दीजिए। महिलाओं को लाल रंग के कपड़े पहने पुरुष ज्यादा आकर्षक लगते है। साथ ही महिलाओं को पुरुषों की वे तस्वीरे ज्यादा सुहाती है, जिनकी फ्रेम का रंग लाल होता है।

 वैसे लाल रंग महिलाओं के प्रति पुरुषों का आकर्षण बढ़ाने वाला और खेल में अच्छे प्रदर्शन को बढ़ावा देने वाला माना जाता है। ब्रिटेन के समाचार पत्र 'टेलीग्राफ' में प्रकाशित एक रिपोर्ट में पहली बार यह तथ्य सामने आया है कि महिलाओं को भी पुरुषों पर लाल रंग फबता है। अमेरिका के रोशेस्टर विश्वविद्यालय और जर्मनी के म्यूनिख विश्वविद्यालय के शोधकर्ता एंड्रयू इलियट ने यह शोध किया। 'जर्नल फॉर एक्सपेरीमेंटल साइकोलॉजी' में प्रकाशित हुए अध्ययन के लिए 25 पुरुषों और 32 महिलाओं को एक आदमी की श्वेत-श्याम तस्वीरें दिखाई गई। इनमें से एक तस्वीर लाल बैकग्राउंड और दूसरी सफेद बैकग्राउंड में ली गई थी। 


इसके बाद उन लोगों से इन तस्वीरों के प्रति आकर्षण से संबंधित तीन प्रश्न पूछे गए थे। महिलाओं ने आदमी की लाल रंग के फ्रेम से घिरी तस्वीर को ज्यादा आकर्षक बताया। जबकि पुरुषों के साथ ऐसा कुछ नहीं था। एक अन्य प्रयोग में महिलाओं को एक आदमी की लाल और हरी पोशाक की तस्वीरे दिखाई गई। इसमें भी महिलाओं को लाल पोशाक वाली तस्वीर ज्यादा आकर्षक लगीं।
